A user’s PIN is their Employee ID as set in QuickBooks Online.

In order for a user to be prompted to enter a PIN upon opening the app, the PIN feature needs to be enabled in the portal (login.xeroxreceipts.com) and the Employee ID in QuickBooks Online needs to be numeric.
